Pink Ink – Take Two

Little Pink has her day at the vets tomorrow for her hernia op and spaying.
We are at the withholding food stage, her pink harness is on the table ready for the morning.
*sigh*
l so dont do ‘vet visits’ real well.
Cyber paw holding for Pink, you lot.

l have sumin new to worry about as well – l will be holding her paw until she goes under. Her op is for 10.30 but l expect a bit of waiting around.
Of course, tomorrow is 11/11 and at 11.00……the minutes silence, the place stops….my little Pink will be half cut open and the vet will stop!

but the Vet will just soldier on – promise and dont stress

we were to have a pony gelded tomorrow but too hot for that – next week now

Only just caught up – it’s 11.20 here but since you lot are behind us kiwis (:)), I’m ahead enough to send lots of white light thoughts, curb chain jingles, cyber paw and hand holds, hugs and a big KIA KAHA and KIA ORA to Pink and Ambs (probably more the latter than the former LOL).

I’m sure Pink come through in flying colours. All my working career, I never once stopped for a minute that I can remember. I couldn’t refuse to answer phones and serve people, and I’m positive your vet didn’t stop either.

Well, she is there now. l left around 10.30 and they were going to continue.
l were a bit bamboozled at all the paperwork handed to me, l signed stuff and already had a $300 credit at the vets anyhow.
But they suggested blood tests ‘just in case’ and something about fluids so l paid for that too ($145 on top).
Only when they asked if l would like her microchipped and then needles, l cottoned on that they were ‘options’ not needed stuff. All my dogs are micrcochipped and up to date with needles so l said no to those.
Have come home to watch the mobile phone in case it rings. They are going to ring me at 3.00 to let me know if Pink can come home today.
*worried*

Oh, and l did ask about them stopping mid op at 11.00 and they laughed, said no, they wouldnt stop.
Then they told me to breath and go get a stiff drink!
